kilometers. It’s home to one of North America’s largest cattle seedstock,
ranching and farming operations.
AVAILABLE LAND BASE
This contiguous land base of over 7,000 acres includes 4,500 acres of high-quality farmland producing annual crops of barley, canola, wheat and sileage. Cattle operations are conducted on about 1,200 acres of pasture lands, with feedlot facilities located on about 400 acres. Operations headquarters, facilities and employee housing occupy another 400 acres. The remainder of the land base consists of 500 acres of grazing lands featuring a spectacular natural ravine, the meandering Writing Stone Creek, and a pond. The feedlot facilities are best-in-class and provide a turnkey opportunity for a pure-bred/seed stock operation for any buyer.
The Company is seeking offers for the Ranch on a turnkey operating basis, including inventories, equipment, and all other operating assets. The Company will also consider offers for one or more of the 6 land blocks identified on the attached map on a stand-alone basis.
